On Friday 10th November, West Buckland School held their annual Remembrance Service.
OWB and CCF Contingent Commander David Pollock (90-97G) gave an impassioned speech reflecting on his career in the British Military, sharing for the first time how he cheated death on several occasions and how others were not so fortunate.
OWBA President, Suzy Conchie (nee Maskell) read the names of the 107 former pupils and staff members who gave their lives for their country and laid a wreath in remembrance of their sacrifice.
