Members of the West Buckland community gathered together on Armistice Day for a particularly poignant Remembrance service.  Barbara Squire, widow of the late John Squire (33-36C) attended.

Rev Chris Willis (77-92S) conducted the service which included prayers in the languages of many of our international service, including Russian, German and Japanese.

OWBA President Jamie Conchie, read the Roll of Honour and laid a wreath to remember former old boys who died for their Country.
On the centenary of the Battle of the Somme, special prayers were offered for former pupils Arthur Evans and Henry Talbot Watts, who lost their lives.
