Former pupil and current triple jump world record holder, Jonathan Edwards (76-84G), paid a visit to West Buckland School, to shoot a new promotional film for Eurosport, with whom he has recently signed a contract to become their lead presenter fronting flagship sporting programmes.
 
In between filming, Jonathan enjoyed touring his old school and especially the impressive new facilities including the sixth form boarding house and study centre which have been built on the campus since his last visit in 2012. He also spent a good deal of time chatting to the students and teachers including Bob Clarke (78-S) who taught him Chemistry.
