On Sunday 6th July, the friendly rivalry between past and present West Buckland School (WBS) golfers was once again on full display at the beautiful Royal North Devon Golf Club, where the annual OWBA vs WBS Golf Tournament took place.

The event brought together current students and alumni for a fantastic day of golf. It was a pleasure to welcome former pupils back to the fairways, continuing a valued tradition of competition and connection between generations of WBS golfers.

With the sun shining and the course in excellent condition, both teams played with skill and spirit in what proved to be a closely contested match.  After a full round of competitive yet friendly play, the OWBA team claimed victory, edging ahead with a total score of 135, just seven points clear of the school team’s 128.
