Your Guide to OWBA Sports Day & WBS Summer Concert : Saturday 2nd July

Mr Calder has been keeping an eye on the weather and we now have a slightly revised timetable for OWBA Cricket. Its a 1330 start and all other sports will commence at 2pm...

We are thrilled to be hosting OWBA Sports this Saturday and would be delighted if you could join us.

Be it representing the OWBA in Tennis, Cricket or Shooting, or just coming along to spectate and socialise, EVERYONE IS WELCOME!

What's happening?

The OWBA will be running a BBQ and a bar and the Parents' Association will be doing cream teas.

There is also the chance to try the school’s nature walk throughout the afternoon.

And at 4pm there will be a presentation to a couple of very special people. And not to forget the summer concert in the evening.

Bring the family along for a wonderful afternoon of sport, music and socialising. Picnics welcome!

The combined choirs of the senior & prep school will combine with the West Buckland Choral Society, accompanied by the North Devon Sinfonia.

Persephone Allaway will give her final performance as a pupil of the school, playing the beautiful Concertino by Cecile Chaminade.

After a challenging period for arts in general, this concert draws together all that is good about the music at WBS.

Admission is free, with a retiring collection for the Harris & Trotter Charitable Trust, who are funding Elena Espinosa’s cancer treatment.

We look forward to seeing you!
