Rediscovering My Passion and Building a New Career

Connection has always been at the heart of who I am - something nurtured during my days at West Buckland by the people and community around me.

When a close friend introduced me to coaching in London, I realised just how powerful this could be and how much of my innate qualities sit at its heart.

In my early 40s, I began to recognise how much my own mindset shaped my experience of life and that I had the power to reshape it. I now work with clients to overcome mental blocks, unhelpful beliefs, distractions and fears - helping them build resilience and confidence, avoid burnout and feel empowered to take control of their future.

Coaching is about taking clients from where they are now to where they want to be, which I love. Together, we create forward momentum, clear thinking and actionable strategies that become a catalyst for personal and professional transformation.
