My Favourite Cottages has been established for 12 years and has built a strong North Devon base of high quality self-catered cottages. We have a strong online presence and believe in developing bespoke marketing programmes that promote your cottage alone and not one large website with thousands of competitive properties. Hence, each of our properties has their own website, that we design and build for you for free, we then promote your cottage via specially selected online directories that will drive guests to your website and book your cottage and not be tempted by other similar cottages on the same site.

Our team of 4 specialist marketing and web specialists will get to know your property as well as you do so we can sell your cottage like you would and take all the strain out of it so you can relax and watch the bookings pour in!

We treat every client individually and always arrange a meeting at the property with the owner first to discuss how best to promote the property and get maximum bookings.
